A team workspace holds the subscriptions it shares and the people who use them. The owner, plan, renewals and access history stay connected, so a change in a vendor account does not get lost between a finance sheet and a password message.

Members are assigned workspace roles, then access to individual subscriptions is set at View, Use or Manage. Guests can be limited to subscriptions shared with them. Removing someone ends their access on their next request, while the activity log preserves an auditable record of sensitive actions.

This is designed for teams, agencies and people managing client or group accounts—not for passing a single password around indefinitely.
