Access is part of SaaS management
Many SaaS accounts need credentials, API keys, recovery codes or TOTP. Subment stores those details with the corresponding subscription and scopes access through workspace roles and per-subscription permissions. That lets a team manage the account behind a line item, rather than tracking it separately.
Designed for review and change
The dashboard and renewal calendar surface upcoming renewals. Activity history provides context for sensitive access, and offboarding can remove a person’s workspace access while showing what they could reach.
Subment does not automatically discover SaaS subscriptions from bank or card transactions; your workspace maintains its subscription records.
