Tracking is one part of the job
Subment tracks plan, price, billing cycle, renewal date and status, and shows upcoming renewals on a dashboard and calendar. Those are the foundations for reviewing subscriptions, but they are not the whole workflow when an account is shared.
What Subment adds
Each subscription can have a workspace owner, members and subscription-level permissions. Its saved credentials, recovery codes and TOTP details can be governed by that same access model. Sensitive access is recorded, which provides a clearer operational record than a cost tracker alone.
A practical choice
A dedicated tracker may be enough for an individual who only wants a personal spending reminder. Subment is aimed at people and teams who also need to manage the access that makes a subscription usable. It does not claim automatic bank detection; records are maintained by the workspace.
